About Us

Our Mission

Our goal is to create an amazing cup of coffee through small-batch roasting of responsibly-sourced, high-quality beans. We love coffee, and we want you to love coffee too!

We are a family owned and operated specialty coffee roastery located in small-town Alabama and shipping anywhere you ask us to. We started by selling coffee to our friends, and we like to think that's still what we're doing. We just happen to have a few more friends now than we started with. :) 

In December 2021, after roasting and selling coffee online for a year and a half, we opened our first brick-and-mortar retail location at 404 Palafox Street in Flomaton, Alabama. We serve up brewed coffee, pour-overs, and espresso drinks made exclusively from our house-roasted coffee, as well as teas and other treats. We'd love for you to stop by to visit, watch us roast a few batches, and enjoy a drink in what we think is a delightful location in a town we love.

We hope our coffee brings you as much joy as it brings us to roast it (and brew it) for you!
