NOBTS Alums Jake Bondurant of Sophia Coffee and Zach Griffin of NOBTS's Cafe New Orleans joined forces to create the NOBTS Alumni Blend. A combination of high-grown, specialty-grade coffees from Honduras and Tanzania, the Alumni Blend is a perfectly balanced mingling of the nutty/chocolatey flavors typical of Central and South American coffees and the sweet, fruity notes often found in African coffees. It is brewed and enjoyed regularly in NOBTS offices, at Cafe New Orleans, and by visitors lucky enough to snag a bag at Alumni events. Available online for a limited time only!
